Job Summary
Manage regulatory reporting and compliance activities for US operations, including preparation of CCAR/DFAST reports and oversight of Y9C, FRY 14A/Q/M, 14Q, 2052a, Y15, and FFIEC deliverables. Lead Basel requirement implementation and ensure adherence to key US regulatory frameworks. Drive team and project management initiatives to maintain business process excellence while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. Requires MBA or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in US regulatory landscapes. Full-time role based in the US with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Master's degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes or equivalent post-graduation/ diploma or UG with minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of the US Regulatory landscape and key regulations like CCAR/DFAST
- Good knowledge of key US regulatory reports like Y9C, FRY 14A/Q/M, 14Q, 2052a, Y15, FFIEC reports etc.
- Prior knowledge and exposure on Basel requirements
- Team and project management experience
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Business Process Excellence
