FS - Facility Coordinator

Job Summary
Facility Coordinator oversees upkeep, safety, and functionality of the manufacturing facility; coordinates facility-related services, manages contractors and service providers; ensures safety and regulatory compliance; collaborates with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace; proactively support EH&S procedures; coordinate maintenance and repairs (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, cranes, water treatment, chillers, cameras, fire systems); schedule and oversee external vendors; maintain asset and service records; support upgrades and shutdowns; respond to emergencies; communicate facility status and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Manager and team; works in an industrial/field environment with travel to remote locations as needed; safety training and certifications are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Three (3) years of experience in facility coordination or management in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
- Experience with CMMS platform (eMaint preferred)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of building systems and facility operations
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
