Job Summary
Fry Cook prepares fried menu items and assists with food preparation for daily dining service and club events. Works with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure adherence to CCS standards and recipes, sets up and stocks the fry station, follows standardized recipes, operates fryers safely, maintains a clean and sanitary workstation, and participates in team training. Responsibilities include reporting equipment needs, minimizing waste, and supporting additional line work as needed while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous kitchen or fry cook experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Food safety certification preferred or ability to obtain
