Job Summary
Prepare and cook fried menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to quality; operate fryers safely and efficiently while maintaining proper cooking temperatures; ensure all fried foods are prepared according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards; maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station and kitchen areas; work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods; follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures; assist with prep work, stocking stations, and closing duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Fry Cook or line cook preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Passion for Southern cuisine and hospitality
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Flexible schedule is a plus
