Prepare and present a high-quality breakfast buffet and à la carte dishes while ensuring freshness, consistency, and strict HACCP hygiene standards across both Moxy and Residence Inn properties. Manage inventory, place orders, and store ingredients to prevent waste, collaborating closely with F&B and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Support kitchen operations outside breakfast hours as needed. This role requires an early riser with a positive attitude, strong organization, and flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and holidays.
