Prepare high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes, including sweet pastries, cakes, cookies, and both savory and sweet waffles, specifically during weekend morning and afternoon shifts. Assemble salads and sweet bowls while maintaining strict hygiene standards and adhering to HACCP safety protocols. Actively support the baker and pastry chef in a transparent kitchen environment with ample natural light. Work within a 20-person team at Café Süd & Salzig in Cologne's Südstadt, focusing on delivering exceptional taste experiences to guests.
