Job Summary
Manufacture frozen product according to customer specification; follow all company safety policies; operate forklift; stack and store frozen product; perform sanitation and cleanup; participate in start-up, change over and shutdown of operating equipment; read and understand company documents; work as a member of a team; lift/move 55 lbs; able to work any shift schedule including nights and weekends; 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; shift premiums apply for night/weekend work; comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) and quarterly incentive programs are offered; initial wage starts at $17.00/hour with raises after 90-day probation and again after 90 days. Drug screen and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be able to lift, move, push, pull 55 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
- Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends
- Willing and able to adhere to all safety standards and wear all necessary personal protective equipment
- Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment
- Must pass drug screen (including THC) and background check
