Job Summary
Manage the Frozen Food department, training, scheduling, and supervising Frozen Food Clerks and Helper Clerks to ensure effective staffing and customer service. Provide customer-facing support to resolve issues related to sales, service satisfaction, or product quality in the Frozen Food area. Responsible for daily inventory, ordering supplies, stocking displays, removing expired items, unloading and transporting stock with pallet jacks and carts, and maintaining cleanliness of display and freezer areas. Must understand and follow store policies, and adapt to temperature-extreme work environments; role involves potential overtime/shift variability as part of retail operations.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Previous experience as a clerk
