Job Summary
The Frozen Manager is responsible for maintaining and operating all aspects of the Frozen Food Department, including verifying deliveries, managing inventory levels, rotating products for freshness, and maintaining good customer relations. This role requires communicating temperature failures, controlling damaged merchandise, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Essential skills include the ability to read and write for tagging and ordering, following instructions, and the physical ability to lift merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds thirty percent (30%) of the time.
