Frozen Lead Spokane Valley, WA

Primary contact for customers in the Frozen Department; provides friendly, courteous service and trains/supervises Frozen Food Clerks. Responsible for stocking and inventory in the frozen food area, rotating stock, placing orders via the order guide, maintaining displays, and ensuring cleanliness. Performs duties such as loading pallets with a pallet jack, breaking down boxes, and assisting as cashier during peak times. Maintains inventory, resolves customer issues, and upholds company policies on customer service and merchandising. Requires ability to train, schedule, supervise staff, and handle daily tasks like inventory, stock replenishment, and safety/compliance in a retail grocery setting.
