Job Summary
Frozen Foods Sales Associate responsible for keeping frozen foods stocked and appealing, greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally. Maintain product freshness via rotation standards, ensure correct pricing and signage, handle spoiled/damaged merchandise, keep sales floor, cooler, and backroom clean, and comply with health/OSHA requirements. May assist with receiving/unloading deliveries, inventory management, and baling/training provided. Adhere to PPE requirements and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure department and store efficiency and continuous performance improvement.
