Job Summary
Responsible for managing the frozen foods department, ensuring all products meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and daily staff operations. Essential duties include verifying deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, planning product displays, proper rotation of products, and supervising and training department staff. Requires the ability to read/write, follow instructions, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments. Must maintain good customer relations and abide by company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds thirty percent (30%) of the time
- Must be able to stand upright for most of your scheduled work shift and work in the cold freezers.
