Job Summary
The Frozen Food Clerk is responsible for maintaining pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise in the frozen food department. Key responsibilities include unloading merchandise, transporting stock for storage, pricing items, building store displays, rotating perishable goods, controlling damaged inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates must be able to lift heavy weights, follow instructions, and maintain a neat appearance while assisting customers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, maintain proper inventory level and ensure rotation of product.
- Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
- Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
