Frozen Food Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Frozen Department, ensuring cases, bunkers, and displays are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing while maintaining FIFO standards to reduce shrink. Monitor product rotation, review inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment needs to maximize in-stock conditions and drive sales. Execute merchandising programs, planograms, and seasonal promotions, ensuring accurate pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signing. Supervise department associates by training, coaching, and delegating tasks to support store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure freezer equipment operates properly, temperature standards are met, and all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols are followed. Resolve customer concerns promptly to foster loyalty and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail grocery experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, kneeling, and climbing
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work for extended periods in refrigerated and frozen environments
- Ability to push and pull carts, pallets, and merchandise
