Job Summary
Frozen Food Sales Associate for Weis Markets in Fredericksburg, VA. Responsibilities include keeping frozen food stocked and appealing, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, ensuring product freshness and proper pricing with signage, handling spoiled/damaged merchandise, maintaining department cleanliness and sanitation per health/OSHA standards, following PPE protocols, assisting with receiving and inventory management, reducing loss by following time/temperature guidelines, and supporting other departments as needed. Training provided; position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, stocking, and store-maintenance duties.
Required Qualifications
