Job Summary
Prepare and track inventory records to calculate gross monthly profit, develop merchandising plans to meet financial objectives, and control department costs by monitoring operations. Direct, oversee, and evaluate training for Team Members to reduce turnover while promoting efficiency. Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to OSHA and food safety requirements, and analyze Customer Satisfaction Index surveys to address improvement areas. Schedule Team Members, delegate assignments, and manage supplies to maximize store profits while ensuring out-of-stock goals are met. Understand and adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and promote diversity, inclusion, and respect.

- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds

- Knowledge of Market District operational procedures
