Frozen Food Lead

Prepare, maintain, and track inventory records to calculate gross monthly profit according to company policy. Develop and implement merchandising plans using guidelines to meet financial objectives while controlling department costs by monitoring operations. Direct, oversee, and evaluate training for Team Members to reduce turnover and promote efficiency. Maintain a safe, clean environment ensuring health and OSHA requirements are met. Analyze Customer Satisfaction Index and Team Member surveys to identify improvement areas and develop procedures. Schedule Team Members and delegate work assignments to maximize store profits. Manage inventories by tracking weekly reports and ordering raw materials to meet customer requirements. Ensure proper procedures are followed to meet out-of-stock percentage goals. Promote continuous development of Team Members and identify candidates for the Team Leader Development Program. Actively participate in an environment embracing diversity, inclusion, and respect for Team Members, customers, vendors, and the community.
