Frozen Food Lead

Prepare, maintain, and track inventory records to calculate gross monthly profit and develop merchandising plans that meet financial objectives. Control department costs by monitoring operations, scheduling Team Members, and delegating work assignments to maximize store profits. Direct, oversee, and evaluate training for Team Members to reduce turnover while promoting efficiency and adhering to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Maintain a safe, clean environment meeting OSHA requirements and ensure proper procedures are followed to meet out-of-stock percentage goals. Analyze Customer Satisfaction Index and survey data to identify improvement areas and develop corresponding processes. Manage inventories by tracking weekly reports and ordering raw materials and supplies.
