Job Summary
Maintain a well-stocked and merchandised dairy department by cleaning shelves daily, tracking inventory, and ordering products as instructed. Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and ensuring a clean, friendly atmosphere. Learn adequate training for the Dairy Department, turn in all paperwork timely, and uphold an honest ethical relationship with team members, vendors, and suppliers. Comply with all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements. This medium work requires lifting 50 lb. boxes, using sharp instruments, and working on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
