Frozen Clerk

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service in the Frozen Foods department, rotates and replenishes merchandise, ensures cleanliness and safety in the department, and checks temperatures of cases for correctness. Responsibilities include greeting customers, escorting them to products, assisting with loading/unloading heavy items, taking orders, answering phones, and working with coworkers to maintain product displays and accurate labeling. Performs other duties such as inventory support, pricing products, and supporting multiple areas of the store as needed. Knowledge and skills center on problem solving, arithmetic, and basic data handling; physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
