Frozen Clerk

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service in the Frozen Foods department, rotates and replenishes merchandise, and ensures cleanliness and safety in the department while checking case temperatures for correctness. Escorts customers to products, loads and unloads heavy items, and records customer suggestions or requests. Works with coworkers as a team to maintain displays and inventory, unloads trucks, reviews invoices, and supports store operations. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment; no formal education required. Six months or less of similar or related work experience preferred.
