Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, answering phones, and assisting with product retrieval. Rotate and replenish merchandise, build end caps, and ensure cases are clean, organized, and at correct temperatures. Unload trucks, check inventory, price products, and maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines. Work in a fast-paced environment with daytime shifts, reporting to the Frozen Department Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions
- Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Must have the ability to file, post, and mail materials
- Must have the ability to copy data from one record to another
- Must have the ability to interview to obtain basic information
- Must have the ability to guide people and provide basic direction
- Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
