Job Summary
Execute proprietary frosting recipes and application methods with precision to meet production demands and productivity goals. Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes for pre-orders and walk-in guests while maintaining adequate par levels in the display case. Adhere to packaging, labeling, and storage standards, monitor inventory for replenishment, and evaluate products for quality control issues. Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, ensuring equipment is prepared for the next shift in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while operating independently on a fast-paced schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
- Has the physical capacity to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
Desired Qualifications
- While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus.
