Job Summary
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while serving as the first point of contact for clients via chat, email, and video conference. Manage incoming support inquiries through the ticketing system, communicate urgent issues internally and externally, and handle case assignment and board management. Ensure equal workload distribution across the team and highlight operational issues to management for mitigation. Maintain performance under pressure within a fast-paced environment, working in 24x7 shifts to support Taboola's ad tech clients.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Open for 24x7 shifts
- Should have working experience in ad tech industries
- Should have working experience in Technical Support
- understanding of logs
- working knowledge of APIs and SQL
- Strong multitasking, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to accept and give productive feedback
- Ability to stay calm and maintain performance when under pressure
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn new technologies
- An Engineer should possess extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the Ad tech domain
- Able to work in different shifts as part of 24/7 operation
