Job Summary
Frontline Leader oversees the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager and coaches/develops frontline team members for excellent member service and successful execution of membership programs. Responsibilities include leading frontline operations, driving membership metrics and member experience, supervising cashier and membership desk activities, ensuring accurate POS transactions, training and mentoring staff, maintaining Gold Club standards, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture. The role requires coaching, scheduling support, adherence to policies, and strong communication to deliver timely, positive member experiences. The position is part-time (approximately 30 hours) at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Hyannis, MA, with a compensation range of $19.00 to $23.75 per hour and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred
- Prior cashier experience preferred
- Basic math skills required
