Job Summary
Lead and coach production teams on the factory floor to meet quality and safety standards while coordinating with cross-functional groups to plan and achieve production goals. Responsibilities include instructing teams on proper safety equipment and emergency procedures, maintaining ISO and Six Sigma quality processes, enabling continuous improvement, and fostering teamwork and problem-solving to develop team members. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and operational oversight in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ experience in the process area you will be supporting
