Job Summary
Frontline Leader on the 2nd shift at Allegion leads production activities and coaches team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include guiding manufacturing/processing activities, instructing on proper safety equipment and emergency procedures, ensuring quality assurance per ISO and Six Sigma standards, maintaining regular communication with distribution and engineering to achieve production goals, fostering teamwork and problem-solving, and developing team members to become effective problem solvers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ experience in the process area you will be supporting
