Frontline Ecosystem Strategy Co-op

Job Summary
In this co-op role, you’ll join the National Sales Strategy & Support team to optimize CIBC’s frontline ecosystem and operating model. You’ll assist in analyzing operating models, gathering and organizing data, structuring work packages, and supporting reporting. You’ll collaborate with regional partners, team members, and business leaders to ensure frontline roles have the tools and resources they need, with a hybrid work arrangement of 1-3 days on-site per week and remaining days remote. You’ll gain exposure to strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and learning and development opportunities while contributing to project planning, documentation, and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing post-secondary education
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn in project management, strategy development, and business analysis
