Job Summary
Monitor work of all associates, coordinate breaks, and assign work orders while overseeing inventory placement and cycle counts. Verify transit numbers, investigate discrepancies, and communicate load status with drivers and Dispatch. Fill in for the Team Lead and associates as needed, ensuring associates select, pick, and rotate stock according to schedule. Complete required operational forms and adhere to all GMP, PPE, and food safety guidelines. Requires forklift experience, leadership background, and ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of GMP's & Safety Guidelines
- Leadership experience
- 2 years of forklift experience
- Comprehension of basic math
- Good computer skills
- Team player
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to work in a cold environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand plant KPI's (production, quality & safety)
- GED/High School Diploma
