Job Summary
Conduct ticket checks including online check-in procedures while assisting customers and maintaining their comfort. Prepare food and beverages for sale adhering to quality standards, manage stock replenishment per merchandising plans, and ensure correct product presentation. Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex, undertake minor maintenance and repairs, and manage lost property. Complete mandatory training sessions, adhere to fire and emergency procedures, and demonstrate knowledge of WHS practices and two-way radio communication. This role is part of EVT's experience creator network, offering access to discounts on entertainment, dining, and travel across Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Policy and procedures knowledge including all WHS practises
- Knowledge of appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios
- Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures
- May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a Cinema Worker Level 3 (or above)
- RSA qualifications as required

- Demonstrates and maintains a good knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience
- Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required
- Lost property maintenance
- Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by EVT
