Job Summary
Lead state-of-the-art research and development by incorporating and advancing current SOTA models and approaches to develop novel AI workflows and algorithms for solving Ent's security problems. Apply advanced statistical modeling and applied mathematics to invent frameworks and theoretical grounding, combining multiple techniques to solve complex academic science projects with proven results. Think outside the box to address the new attack surface of AI-driven work, ensuring security teams can intervene at the moment of risk.
Required Qualifications
- PhD, postdoc experience or equivalent
- Worked on frontier, complex academic science projects with proven results ( publications, code, talks etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML that required to develop new approach or algorithm, not just re-use of the standard of-the-shelf models
- Proven record to deliver results in industry settings: actual working solutions, patents, experience in start-ups
- depth and breadth of knowledge of AI/ML algorithms
