Job Summary
Supervise lead agents and allocate ramp resources while overseeing the unloading and loading of luggage, freight, and cargo on commercial aircraft. Drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles, reading aircraft weight and balance instructions and hazardous material labels to ensure safety compliance. Complete shift reports, clear system exceptions, and assist in the baggage handling area. Must possess a valid driver's license, lift up to 70 lbs, and be available for variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing including a drug test
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Capable of lifting comfortably 70 lbs
- Must be able to successfully complete Training
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of prior ramp experience preferred
