Frontier Ramp Lead Agent

Job Summary
Lead and participate in the movement of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft, transporting items between aircraft, outbound bag rooms, airport terminals, and air cargo facilities. Safely lift up to 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage, operating motorized equipment while reading and interpreting aircraft weight and balance load sheets, hazardous material labels, loading manifests, and routing tags. Responsible for safe receipt and dispatch of assigned flights, ensuring load integrity and safety compliance. Assist ramp agents to ensure duties are performed professionally, safely, and efficiently according to company standards. Train employees during on-the-job training or assign them to work with experienced agents. Prior ramp or airline experience is required, along with current driver's license and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Ramp Agent
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug test
- Proficient ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Current driver's license with no violations over the past 5 years
- Capability to safely lift up to 70 lbs. continuously
- Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays
- Comfort working in all weather conditions
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Airport security badge
- Prior Ramp/Airline experience
