Job Summary
Develop and maintain efficient, scalable frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while collaborating with designers and back-end developers to transform wireframes into responsive web interfaces. Create reusable libraries to enhance modularity, rigorously test applications across browsers and devices, and integrate components with server-side logic and APIs. Contribute to code reviews within an Agile environment, participate in stand-ups and sprint planning, and stay current with industry trends to share best practices. Maintain existing web properties aligned with Sales & Marketing priorities while supporting team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a frontend web developer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience with Shopify/ShopifyPlus
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to translate business requirements into technical solutions
