Job Summary
Frontend Software Engineer II responsible for designing and implementing scalable React-based micro frontends on the Frontend Platform. Collaborate with backend engineers to maintain a modern GraphQL infrastructure, work closely with designers and product managers to deliver accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, and participate in code reviews. You will implement unit and integration tests (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library), manage build and deployment pipelines using NX and CircleCI, and contribute to fast, reliable frontend delivery. The role emphasizes building scalable frontend architectures, contributing to platform features, and aligning technical requirements with user needs. Open to US remote with a hybrid path for the Dallas, TX office, and a strong emphasis on collaboration across engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in React-based frontend development
- Strong understanding of GraphQL for data fetching and integration with backend systems
- Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library)
- Experience managing build and deployment pipelines
- Solid experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab)
- Ability to design accessible, responsive, user-friendly interfaces
- Willingness to collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
- Interest in building scalable frontend architectures and frameworks
