Job Summary
Design and develop a service-oriented, decoupled web application to optimize proteins, leveraging advanced machine learning models. Find new and intuitive ways to visualize biological data by transforming expert raw data structures into well-designed simplified visualizations. Collaborate with biologists and machine learning experts to understand their domain while wrapping complex functionality in a beautiful and intuitive user interface. This role supports Cradle's platform for AI-guided discovery and optimization of proteins, used by clients across biopharma, biotech, agri-tech, and academia.
Required Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and React
- experience in developing front-end systems in a modern cloud environment using good software practices (code reviews, version control, CI/CD, etc.)
- experience in writing tests at the appropriate level of fidelity, depending on the situation
