Job Summary
Lead the Frontend Platform team to build core UI infrastructure, design systems, and reusable component libraries that accelerate development velocity across RelativityOne. Drive architectural decisions for scalable, accessible web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks while fostering engineering excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and UX leaders to define platform-wide solutions that maintain high performance standards. Manage Agile teams focused on continuous delivery, ensuring alignment with WCAG accessibility and internationalization requirements. This role supports the mission of enabling legal teams to organize and act on complex data at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of frontend engineering experience
- 2-4 years in an engineering management or technical leadership role
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React
- Exposure to Angular or Vue
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and responsive layout techniques
- Experience architecting frontend platforms using component libraries, design systems, and Micro Frontend patterns
- Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Recoil, or Zustand
- Frontend performance optimization techniques including lazy loading and code splitting
- Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks and strategies such as Jest, Cypress, and Playwright
- Integration within CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and asynchronous programming models
- Track record of building accessible user interfaces that meet WCAG standards and internationalization requirements
- Experience managing Agile teams with a focus on continuous delivery, feedback, and iteration
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills across cross-functional teams and leadership

Desired Qualifications

- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment practices
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven UI solutions, including personalized interfaces, chatbots, or adaptive user experiences
- Strong UX sensibility and the ability to bridge design intent with frontend implementation
- Experience participating in design system governance or contributing to shared cross-team component architecture
