Job Summary
Senior Frontend Engineer to architect and develop high-quality, performant React/TypeScript features, drive technical decisions, mentor mid-level and junior engineers, simplify complex real-time user flows, and lead comprehensive testing strategies while collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend experience
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Expert command of HTML and CSS fundamentals including modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid)
- Experience with CSS-in-JS or component styling methodologies
- Asynchronous programming mastery (Promises, async/await, Observables) and state management patterns (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
- Extensive experience writing robust unit and integration tests for frontend code with Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library
- Experience working on large-scale applications with real-time updates and data synchronization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience migrating features from legacy frameworks to React/TypeScript (preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines improvement experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Frontend monitoring and observability familiarity (Sentry, New Relic)
- Understanding of API design and GraphQL/RESTful services
- Open source contributions or a strong portfolio demonstrating technical leadership
