Job Summary
Frontend Engineer on the Taipei Frontend Engineering team to build and optimize high-quality, responsive web and AI agent applications powering global advertising. You will architect and shape frontend solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, React Native, and Chrome Extensions, collaborate with product and engineering teams from inception to production, and contribute to automated testing (Jest, Playwright, Jasmine). Responsibilities include developing frontend features, implementing visual and interactive elements, creating backend APIs and working with relational databases to support diverse agent scenarios, and maintaining automated unit and system tests within SCRUM workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building responsive, web-based applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven expertise utilizing modern frontend frameworks, specifically React JS.
- Strong experience building automated tests using tools like Jest, Playwright, or Jasmine.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, DOM manipulation, core data structures, and standard SCM tools like GIT.
- Working knowledge or previous experience utilizing SQL and relational databases.
