Job Summary
Build responsive Next.js and React applications for our consumer storefronts and clinical provider dashboards, translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces. Optimize Core Web Vitals and bundle performance while integrating REST APIs and real-time services for complex workflows. Leverage AI tools like Cursor and Copilot to accelerate development, generate boilerplate, and improve code quality. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver HIPAA-compliant, secure healthcare experiences. Ensure maintainable, testable code through rigorous code reviews and continuous improvement of frontend architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Good understanding of TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Ability to build responsive, accessible interfaces
- Experience implementing designs from Figma
- Experience with one or more modern state management libraries, such as: TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit
- Understanding of: Core Web Vitals, Lazy loading, Image optimization, Rendering fundamentals, Basic caching strategies
- Regular experience using tools such as: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT
- You should be comfortable using AI to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards
- Professional-level English communication
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
