Job Summary
Build and maintain frontend functionality using React/TypeScript for a data-rich web portal, integrating with backend services and third-party APIs. Write clean, readable, well-tested code while using AI tools daily to streamline development, debugging, and documentation. Identify issues proactively, spotting bugs and performance bottlenecks early to take ownership of solutions. Collaborate closely with remote engineers, communicating progress and blockers asynchronously. Manage priorities independently in a 100% operational role, requiring full-time availability from August through December 2026 with Central Time overlap. Required Qualifications
- An AI-first mindset
- Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
- Hands-on experience building at least one large-scale system from scratch
- +5 years of frontend experience
- +2 years of React experience
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an asynchronous, remote environment
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you see problems, raise them early, and help solve them
- Comfort operating in a 100% operational role, managing priorities and complexity independently
- Available for meetings in Central Time, with at least 2–3 hours of daily overlap
- Full-time availability is required (Aug through Dec 2026)
