Job Summary
Frontend Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining game projects solo while collaborating with art, design, and backend teams. Create intuitive, responsive interfaces that align with design standards, enhance usability, and ensure scalable UI/UX. Collaborate with product owners and designers to implement messaging and aesthetics, address usability and performance issues, and propose solutions balancing functionality and visual design. Produce sample sites or wireframes, establish design guidelines, work with backend developers to create service-oriented, responsive web applications, and continuously improve the technology stack. Maintain code quality through reviews, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and ensure maximum speed and scalability of front-end applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant front-end development experience
- Higher diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience with engines such as Unity, Cocos2, and Cocos3
- Expertise with build frameworks, tools, and services (Node.js, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc.)
- Good knowledge of software engineering best practices and front-end implementation standards
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, AWS web services
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git and SourceTree
- English speaking preferred
