Job Summary
Own UI components enabling compliance officers to onboard, view, and edit customer data in our SaaS anti-money laundering platform. Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure reliable feature delivery while designing performant, maintainable frontend applications. Engage in team ceremonies to advocate for engineering best practices and contribute to decision-making. Manage workflows using Jira and support business-critical production applications where observability and reliability are paramount. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Frontend Development with proficiency in Typescript and React
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with popular testing frameworks such as Vitest
- Strong prompt & context engineering skills for AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist) to enhance productivity and code quality
- Experience working in an agile environment and using tools like Jira to manage workflows
- Ability to engage actively in team discussions, bringing valuable insights and contributing constructively
- Willingness to share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Ability to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to various aspects of project development
- Experience of supporting business-critical web applications in production where observability and reliability are key

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with React Query for data fetching and state management
- Use of frontend build tools (Vite) and CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab)

- Experience writing e2e tests with frameworks such as Cypress
