Job Summary
Create and support production software for clients within a small agile team, transforming business requirements into functional solutions. Ensure quality delivery through test-driven development and code reviews that uphold architecture and security standards. Collaborate with IT professionals to meet implementation deadlines while maintaining the highest development standards. Leverage proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, ReactJS, and AWS to build and modify application architectures. Work in a self-guided environment using SCRUM methodology and sprint formats.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience developing code for production software environments
- Communicate effectively with business partners and development team
- Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in developing production software
- Knowledge of relevant technology and tools is critical, including development methodologies and programming/scripting languages
- Experience with SCRUM methodology and Sprint format
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL and Bitbucket
- At least 5 years' experience with JavaScript and single page JavaScript apps
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years equivalent work experience in application development preferred
- 5 years of experience in business application design, development, installation, and modification in an IT environment preferred
- Experience with design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures preferred
- Familiar with ReactJS, CouchBase, RabbitMQ
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services
