Job Summary
Develop web applications by implementing requirements and mockups using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with Vue.js as the primary frontend framework. Maintain and enhance existing web applications to ensure performance, stability, and usability while identifying and resolving production issues promptly. Collaborate effectively with cross-border development teams to discuss and deliver technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. This role requires at least 2-3 years of full stack or software development experience, including hands-on JavaScript proficiency and familiarity with GIT. Candidates must be proficient in modern frontend frameworks, web standards, and UI mockup implementation using tools like Figma. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for communicating with China and Taiwan managers and clients. The position is open to local Malaysians only, with relocation to Northpoint Mid Valley City required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 - 3 years and above of working experience in Full stack development/Software development or any related field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in JavaScript development
- Familiar with GIT for source code version control
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js (hands-on experience in at least one is required)
- Solid understanding of vanilla JavaScript, including ES6+ features beyond framework usage
- Proficient in web standards and markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Basic knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS
- Strong ability to accurately implement PSD / UI mockups with high visual fidelity; familiar with tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and able to work seamlessly with design teams
- Mandarin proficiency is required (able to listen, read, and write in Chinese)
- Able to relocate and work in Northpoint Mid Valley City
