Job Summary
Frontend Developer role in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam) with a hybrid working pattern. Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma into performant, accessible frontends using React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. Build pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces, ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, optimize Core Web Vitals, maintain shared component libraries, and collaborate with designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver features. Dutch and English language proficiency required; agency/multi-project experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience
- Proficiency with React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI
- Experience building responsive UIs across modern devices and browsers
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
- Experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Experience collaborating with designers, QA, and backend engineers
- Strong communication and maintainability practices (DRY, KISS, modularity)
