Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, promoting store experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas, interact with internal and external customers, and participate in store recovery and safety procedures. Accurately process purchases/returns and count change, promote credit and loyalty programs, uphold merchandising standards, and follow procedures for merchandise preparation and store operations. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, adaptability to changes, and teamwork with peers and supervisors.
