Job Summary
Frontend Architect responsible for defining and driving the overall front-end architecture strategy for enterprise-scale applications. Design and develop scalable UI components and design systems, lead architecture discussions, establish front-end best practices, and mentor development teams. Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive modernization initiatives, optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO, and integrate front-end apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices. Oversee automated testing strategies and work with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines. Maintain governance and coding standards while contributing to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in frontend engineering/architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading distributed/global teams
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks such as Next.js or Nuxt.js
- Exposure to modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools
- Frontend, cloud, or architecture certifications are a plus
