Job Summary
Front Store Supervisor overseeing daily operations across pharmacy, post office, clinic, and retail store; supervise, train, and support staff; manage medication dispensing support, inventory, billing/cashiering, and patient transactions; coordinate receiving/shipping, inter-store transfers, and supplier communications; organize stockroom, merchandising, and seasonal merchandising; deliver strong customer service, assist with Ideal Protein program appointments and coaching strategies, and maintain healthcare protocol knowledge; requires leadership, communication, and adherence to safety and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising a retail store and leading/training teams
- Valid driver’s licence
- Criminal Record Check required
