Job Summary
Take orders and deliver food and beverage to uphold quality standards and brand values. Maintain table cleanliness, monitor guest drink levels, and verify ID to prevent underage drinking. Operate the point-of-sale system for all transactions, manage guest allergies and special requests, and assist captains. Communicate effectively with the service team and management while ensuring strict adherence to alcohol awareness procedures and sanitary practices. Work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with full TABC and Food Handler certification.
Required Qualifications
